Our Standard Delivery service is available for all items purchased online. Standard Delivery in UK takes 5 to 7 working days. All delievries are sent by Royal Mail Signed For and will require a signature. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your parcel otherwise it will go back to our warehouse. 

USA and the Rest of the World is serviced by Private Courier also and will take longer.

Delivery times are between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is available on request only. This will be at an extra charge. 

Special Delivery (24 Hours) is available on request only. This will also be at an extra charge.

Please note that during busy times, such as Christmas, we may deliver upto 7 pm.

Parking must be available to delievr heavy goods.

However, we will not be held responsible for delays due to natural or manmade disasters, strikes and other manmade disruptions, acts of war, pandemics, disease transmission, etc. Delays are possible during festival periods also.

Orders will require a signature to acknowledge receipt upon delivery. The signature of the person accepting the package will be proof that safe delivery of the order has been received. If no person is available to accept delievry, our courier will either leave the parcel with a neighbour or a safe place in your home (if instructed). Otherwise, the courier will place a card through your front door to let you know that they have been and which course of action they have taken.

Your package can be delivered to a place of work or another address if required. Just Contact Us and ask. However, we will need your billing address in order to process a change in address. Please ensure that the person at the new delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery of package. 

We, however, do not deliver to PO Boxes. In case you purchase a product and later tell us to deliver to a PO Box address, we will cancel your order and refund your money.
