Terms and conditions of purchase
The information contained on this site is and "invitation to offer". Your order for purchase of goods constitutes your "offer" which is subject to the conditions listed below. On reciept of your "offer", Datta International Ltd. will have the discretion to accept or reject your offer. Once your "offer" is accepted, the acceptance will constitute a binding contract between yourself and Datta International Ltd. The terms and conditions which will have deemed to be accepted when communicating your "offer" are as under:

If you choose Credit Card as the mode of payment, your name as Purchaser is the same as the name appearing on your Credit Card with which you are making payment for the purchase.
2. The delivery slip showing acceptance of the package by courier will be proof of acceptance of the products ordered by you.
3.
The address at which delivery of the product ordered by you are to be made should be correct and proper in all respects.
4. Care instruction must be followed. Damage due to negligence, natural disasters, wilful destruction, war, etc. will not be covered.
5.
One year warranty on workmanship defects.
6. Order placed through cheque is subject to realisation of cheque.
7. The Customer has the right to return the goods purchased within 30 days after receipt of goods.Goods must be returned in the original packaging to our Company address given in the United Kingdom. Goods are returned at the expense of the Customer. Please keep the Tracking number or Postal receipt as proof of postage. Goods damaged by the Customer will not be taken back.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. However, we process your order within 48 hours, so your order will be shipped to you if you do not cancel before that time. To cancel your order, you can simply refuse to accpet the package or return it within 30 days. Please contact us for return instructions.
Please note that we shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to delievr a product as a result of circumstances beyond our contril, including (but not limited to) delay caused by by natural disasters, pandemic disease transmissions, stikes, or other mandmade disasters.
